Diabetes and Hypertension are very common diseases in today’s world. Do you know that every person above the age of 50-60 years end up with at least one of the above two mentioned diseases (research studies)

Indians are more prone to the Diabetes, even World Health Organization also warned that in near future, India will be known as – ‘Diabetes Capital of the World’!

Dr. William B. White, FACP, MD   from at the University of Connecticut Health Center, said, that people who will develop Diabetes will also have more chances to develop high blood pressure or diabetes.

Though the exact procedure is not well understood, but  the basic thing is that there is a strong bond between high blood pressure and diabetes. And the combination of both the diseases affects the body in much more destructive way, so make sure that you are away from these problems by following healthy lifestyle.
