Daytime sleeping may lead to diabetes

Written by Dr.Johnson | Category : Diabetes News and Research, funny and interesting stuff

I have recently came to know from one newspaper article that people who have the habit of sleeping daytime are more prone to diabetes and this is studied by some researchers on a group of people.

In this research it found that those who have the habit of sleeping daytime are mostly lazy and they usually neglect exercises and also those who sleep daytime cannot have sound night time sleep which effects the insulin production and this also leads to diabetes type 2.

More importantly those people who have the probability of getting the diabetes through genes like if their family persons have diabetes then those people should be alert and be careful with this habit as they are more prone to this consequence.

So the basic things to be kept in mind is that we should not indulge in the activities which effect our night sleep and should maintain doing exercises to maintain our body and mind healthy to prevent diabetes and also more importantly controlling diabetes.

If you know any information related to daytime sleeping in relation to diabetes please comment so that other readers will be benefited and if you have any questions comment!
